The Fourth Session of “Writing.. Dance.. Healing” | What Does Anger Look Like When It Takes Shape?

|

The fourth session of the “Writing.. Dance.. Healing” workshop was held at Elles Publishing House, where participants continued their journey of exploring the connection between the body, emotions, and creative expression.

The session included reading and discussing selected excerpts from “The Myth of Normal” by Dr. Gabor Maté, as part of the program’s ongoing reading journey, reflecting on themes of trauma and its impact on both body and mind.

It also featured a meditation exercise, followed by an interactive activity where participants expressed their feelings of anger using clay, as a way to understand and translate these emotions into visual and sensory forms.

The session concluded with an open discussion of participants’ personal experiences and reflections, within a safe and supportive space that encourages sharing and self-expression.
