Bibliothek Egypt hosted a discussion and book signing for the short story collection Nakhla El Motieyya Building, published by Elles Publishing House, celebrating the release of its second edition, in the presence of writers, readers, and those interested in creative writing.
Writer Mona Radwan, founder of the Writing in a Capsule workshop from which the collection emerged, led the discussion on the experience of writing the collection and its development. The event also brought together members of the book’s team and created a space to discuss the stories and the collective writing experience that brought the writers together.
Nakhla El Motieyya Building brings together a collection of stories that intersect within a single apartment building, presenting diverse worlds and characters in a collaborative narrative experience that celebrates multiple voices and the intersections between their stories. The release of the second edition celebrates the book’s continued reach among readers and their engagement with this experience.
