Honna celebrates today the launch of its new collective work, Flight Mode — written by Ingy Elsadawy, Dina El Mofty, Dina Fouda, Mona Radwan, Mai Bilal, Nashwa Awad, and Heba Dowla, and edited by Hind Ghandali. The book will be discussed by writer Fatma El Awa.

In every flight, there are moments when everything pauses: the phone loses signal, the sky has no limits, and the world below appears small and distant.
But in this book, Flight Mode is not a phone setting — it’s an existential state: a collective writing experiment that explores isolation, movement, and transitions between worlds.

Published by Honna, the book is part of the publishing house’s ongoing project of feminist literary production, reimagining experience and language through multiple voices.
