Elles Publishing House hosted the June edition of the Elles Writing Marathon, welcoming writer Mariam Abdel Aziz and bringing together a large community of writing enthusiasts for a day dedicated to creativity and focused writing.
The marathon featured extended independent writing sessions, along with creative writing exercises inspired by the worlds of Franz Kafka and Jorge Luis Borges, marking the month of their passing.
Participants also joined an open conversation with Mariam Abdel Aziz, who shared insights into her writing journey, creative process, and literary experience.
Held monthly, the Elles Writing Marathon offers writers dedicated time and a supportive environment for focused writing, complemented by group reading sessions and practical exercises that encourage participants to begin or continue their creative projects.
