Elles Publishing House held the first edition of the Elles Comics Marathon, an open day that brought together artists working on comics projects, offering them a dedicated space for drawing, writing, and experimentation.
The marathon welcomed writer and artist Salma El Tarzi, who shared insights from her experience and creative practice with participants, creating space for dialogue and the exchange of ideas, alongside exercises designed to encourage imagination, play, and experimentation.
The marathon offered a full day dedicated to working on personal projects. Participants arrived with ideas, stories, and early pages at different stages of development and continued working on them in an environment that encourages focus, experimentation, and the exchange of experiences. The Elles Comics Marathon will continue as a recurring space supporting comics creators and providing dedicated time to develop their projects.
