The Basic Short Story Writing Workshop has begun at Elles Publishing House, led by short story writer and novelist Ragaa’i Moussa, founder of Elles Publishing House. The workshop is part of Elles’ ongoing programs dedicated to creating spaces for learning, writing, and creative experimentation.
The workshop focuses on exploring the techniques of short story writing through practical exercises, alongside an introduction to different forms of storytelling and key moments in the history of the short story. Participants also engage with critical concepts related to the genre and practice autobiographical writing, revising, and developing their texts.
The workshop is part of Elles Publishing House’s efforts to support creative practices and provide opportunities for collective learning, exchanging experiences, and developing writing skills in a space that brings together reading, writing, and discussion.
