Elles Publishing House hosted a new edition of the Elles Writing Marathon, featuring translator and poet Dr. Sara Hamed Hawas, bringing together writers and writing enthusiasts for a day of conversation, reading, and writing.
The gathering featured an open discussion on writing and reading, with writer Hasnaa Hafez and writer Ragaa’i Moussa, alongside a group of writers who shared their experiences and perspectives on writing, speaking about their dreams and fears and the questions and challenges that accompany the writing journey.
The discussion also explored a number of ideas and themes from Dr. Sara Hamed Hawas’s book Secrets of Writing as Told by the World’s Writers, published by the Egyptian Lebanese Publishing House, creating an opportunity to exchange readings and experiences around writing and the practices of writers.
The Elles Writing Marathon continues its monthly gatherings as a space that brings together writing enthusiasts, offering dedicated time for writing alongside opportunities for dialogue, creative exchange, and sharing experiences.
