Cairo International Book Fair hosted a book signing event for “Identity and Difference: On Judith Butler’s Text and Its Margins,” with an introduction by Amir Zaki.
The event was attended by Noki, facilitator of the Feminist Translation Workshop, along with several workshop participants and visitors interested in cultural and feminist movements.
The book is the outcome of the Feminist Translation Workshop, which aims to create new spaces for feminist voices through translation and critical engagement with key theoretical texts.
The signing took place at Hall 2, Booth C29 (Elles Publishing House), in an atmosphere that reflected the spirit of dialogue and cultural exchange the workshop seeks to promote.
